Georg Sperl

Georg Sperl, PhD

I am currently working as a research scientist at CLO Virtual Fashion.
Before that, I received my BSc and MSc in Visual Computing at the Technical University of Vienna. In 2022, I finished my PhD in physics-based simulation under the supervision of Chris Wojtan at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria.
My research interests include physics-based animation of various natural phenomena (cloth, yarns, granular media, fluids, ...), and multi-scale simulation.

Please note that some links below may be temporarily broken, due to an attack on ISTA's infrastructure in Fall 2022.
